Columbia Astronaut Lands in Boston*

Professor Mike Massimino ('84SEAS), a veteran of two space missions (STS-109, STS-125), visits Boston/Cambridge on Friday September 25 to describe how his experience as a Columbia student led him to the final frontier and back again.

After being selected as an astronaut candidate in 1996, Mike left NASA in 2014 to teach at Columbia. The New York native is also a graduate of MIT and has appeared as himself on The Big Bang Theory.

Tickets are only $10 and that includes light hors d'oeuvres. A cash bar will be available.
